Billing & Payments: How Astrollo Charges for Your Plan

Astrollo offers a free plan plus paid plans, billed securely by international card payment on a monthly or yearly cycle. You are charged in your regional currency (USD, MXN, or BRL), and you can view, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your account. Full prices live on the /pricing page.

Free vs. paid plans: what you get

The free plan lets you explore Astrollo without paying anything. It includes your complete natal chart, the first section of your AI-assisted chart reading, a daily limit of AI questions, transit previews, and a small monthly allowance for compatibility checks.

Paid plans unlock the full experience: every section of your AI chart reading, year-long transit forecasts, higher daily AI limits, and expanded access to compatibility, professional analysis, electional astrology, and tools like the Destiny Matrix. How payment works (international card)

Paid plans are processed through a secure international card payment system. You can pay with major debit and credit cards. Your card details are handled by the payment provider, not stored by Astrollo, and the transaction is encrypted end to end.

When you subscribe, the first charge confirms your plan immediately and you get instant access to the features included in your tier. After that, billing repeats automatically at the start of each cycle until you cancel.

Monthly vs. yearly billing cycle

You choose how often you are billed:

Monthly — a smaller charge each month, with the flexibility to change or cancel before the next cycle.
Yearly — one charge for twelve months at a lower effective rate, ideal if you plan to use Astrollo long term.

You can switch between cycles at any time. If you move from monthly to yearly (or vice versa), the change takes effect according to the terms shown at checkout, and your access continues without interruption.

Pricing and currency by region (USD / MXN / BRL)

Astrollo prices each plan in your local currency so the amount you see is the amount you pay:

United States and most international users — US dollars (USD)
Mexico — Mexican pesos (MXN)
Brazil — Brazilian reais (BRL)

Your currency is set automatically based on your region. Because pricing can be updated, we don't quote fixed amounts here — always check the live, current figures on the /pricing page before you subscribe.

Manage your plan: view, change, or cancel

Everything about your subscription is handled from your account. To review or update it:

Sign in to Astrollo and open your account settings.
Go to the Subscription (or Billing) section.
Here you can see your current plan, billing cycle, currency, and next renewal date.
To upgrade or downgrade, choose a different plan; the change and any price difference are applied per the terms shown.
To cancel, select Cancel subscription and confirm.

When you cancel, you keep access to your paid features until the end of the period you've already paid for. After that, your account returns to the free plan automatically — your charts, history, and data stay intact.

Billing, privacy, and your data rights

Astrollo handles your billing and personal information in line with major data-protection laws, including the GDPR (Europe), the LGPD (Brazil), and the LFPDPPP (Mexico). You have the right to access the data we hold about you, request its correction or deletion, and request a portable copy.
