Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of astrollo.net and everything we make available through it, including the encyclopedia and marketing pages, the in-browser Matriz del Destino tool, and — as they progressively become available — user accounts, AI-assisted interpretations and chat, personal horoscopes, and paid subscriptions.

Using the Service in any way — including simply browsing it — constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. Where a particular feature requires you to create an account or provide additional information, your use of that feature also constitutes acceptance of any specific terms presented to you at that point. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated here by reference and explain how we handle data.

• "Astrollo" — the operator of the Service, identified by its brand name and reachable at support@astrollo.net.
• "Service" — the astrollo.net website and all features, tools, content, interpretations and functionality offered through it.
• "User", "you" — any person who accesses or uses the Service, whether or not registered.
• "Account" — the personal profile you create when you register, allowing access to features that require sign-in.
• "Subscription" — a recurring, auto-renewing paid arrangement granting access to premium features for a billing period.
• "Plan" — a tier of access, namely Free, Explorer/Explorador, or Oracle/Oraculo, with the features and limits described for each.

Astrollo is an AI-assisted astrology platform. We compute birth (natal) charts using the Swiss Ephemeris (DE431, to a precision of 0.001 degrees) and present interpretations and other content generated with the help of artificial intelligence and traditional astrological methods. The Service may include, depending on availability and your Plan, the following features:

• Birth/natal charts and AI-generated interpretations;
• An AI chat that responds to your questions using large language models accessed through a third-party API provider;
• Daily and personalized horoscopes;
• Compatibility and synastry analysis;
• Transits and forecasting tools;
• Matriz del Destino — a date-based arcana and numerology tool that runs entirely in your browser, with no personal data sent to our servers;
• Vedic charts, numerology, and child charts (the latter computed from birth data a parent or guardian provides).

All content and features of the Service are provided for informational, educational, entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. The Service is offered on a progressive-rollout basis: some features are available now, while accounts, AI chat and payments are being introduced over time. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

The Service is intended for adults only. By using it, you confirm that you have reached the age of majority in your country of residence and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. The Service is not directed to children, and you must not use it on behalf of anyone who has not reached the age of majority, except that an adult parent or guardian may use the child-chart feature to compute a chart for their own child.

• Provide accurate, current and complete registration information and keep it up to date;
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your Account with others;
• Maintain only one Account per person;
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account;
• Notify us promptly at support@astrollo.net if you suspect unauthorized access.

You are responsible for the security of the device and connection you use to access the Service. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

The Service offers a Free Plan and two paid Plans — Explorer/Explorador and Oracle/Oraculo — when subscription features are available to you. Each Plan's features and limits are described on the Service. Paid Plans are available on a monthly basis and on a discounted annual basis.

Prices are displayed at checkout in your local currency (for example USD, MXN or BRL) and include any taxes where required by applicable law. Payment is processed by a third-party, PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor that handles your card data directly; Astrollo never receives or stores your full card number and retains only transaction metadata such as amount and status.

Paid Plans are recurring and auto-renewing. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your chosen payment method at the start of each billing period (monthly or annually, as selected) at the then-current price for your Plan, until you cancel. We will inform you in advance of any change to the price applicable to a future renewal.

You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@astrollo.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively cancel the current period. After you cancel, your access to premium features continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which your Account reverts to the Free Plan.

We want you to be satisfied with the Service. If you purchase a Subscription for the first time and find it is not right for you, you may request a refund within seven (7) days of the purchase, provided the premium features have been largely unused. Where you are charged more than once in error for the same Subscription, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.

• Once the seven-day refund window has passed;
• After substantial use of premium features;
• Where the Subscription was terminated due to a breach of these Terms;
• In cases of chargeback abuse or other misuse of the refund process.

   Receive a decision

   We will review your request and respond. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method; the time to appear on your statement depends on your payment provider.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory statutory withdrawal or refund rights you may have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.

Interpretations, chat responses, horoscopes and other narrative content provided through the Service are produced using artificial intelligence together with astrological methods, and are offered strictly for informational, entertainment and self-reflection purposes. Astrology is not a science, and AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete or inconsistent.

The content is NOT medical, psychological, mental-health, legal, financial, tax, or any other form of professional advice, and must not be relied upon as such. You should always consult a qualified professional before making decisions in these areas. You are solely responsible for any decision you make or action you take based on content from the Service. If you are experiencing a crisis or medical emergency, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services immediately.

The Service is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use it lawfully and respectfully and not to misuse it or the underlying systems.

• Resell, sublicense, rent or otherwise commercialize the Service or its content;
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, or use bots, automation or any bulk-extraction method to access content or data;
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code, models or algorithms behind the Service;
• Disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service, its servers or networks, or circumvent any security, access-control or rate-limiting measure;
• Submit unlawful, infringing, harmful or abusive content, or attempt to manipulate, jailbreak or inject prompts into the AI features;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, charts, interpretations, encyclopedia content, the Astrollo name and logo, and all related trademarks and other intellectual property, is owned by Astrollo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Any data you provide — such as your name, birth details, diary entries and chat messages — remains yours; you grant us only the limited rights necessary to operate the Service and deliver the features you request, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if necessary to protect the Service, other users or third parties.

You may stop using the Service at any time and, where account features are available, delete your Account through your settings or by contacting support@astrollo.net. On termination, your right to use the Service ends. The handling and deletion of your personal data following termination are described in our Privacy Policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability and governing-law provisions — will continue to apply.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that astrological calculations or AI-generated output will be accurate, reliable or suited to any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Astrollo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill or opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service. To the extent we are found liable, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you actually paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, and your mandatory consumer rights remain fully unaffected.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Service, are governed by applicable law. Where you use the Service as a consumer, you continue to benefit from any mandatory consumer-protection rights provided by the law of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms deprives you of those rights.

If a dispute arises, we ask that you first contact us at support@astrollo.net so that we can try to resolve the matter informally and in good faith. Most concerns can be settled quickly this way. This step does not limit your right to pursue any remedy available to you under applicable law.

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations that results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, fires, floods, epidemics, acts of government, war or civil unrest, labor disputes, failures of telecommunications or internet infrastructure, hosting or third-party service outages, power failures, or cyber-attacks such as denial-of-service attacks.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, our practices, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice — for example by posting a notice on the Service or, where appropriate and where we have your contact details, by email. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of them. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the Service and, where applicable, cancel your Subscription and delete your Account.

• Severability — if any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
• Entire agreement — these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Astrollo regarding the Service and supersede any prior understandings.
• Assignment — you may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may assign our rights and obligations, for example in connection with a reorganization or transfer of the Service.
• No waiver — our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
• Headings — section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
